TE01 mode in a Tallguide

Should I place a monopole of length about lambda in parallel to the broad side of a Tallguide to excite TE01 mode? Will the electric field have a maximum at half the length of the broad side? How do I calculate the wave impedance of the Tallguide for the TE01 mode?
