Differential arbitrary waveform generator

Hello, I need to find a low-cost differential arb waveform generator (also known as awg, etc.)...modulation frequency does not need to be high but ideally it should be in the form of a PCI-based card (if possible).
Any thoughts on what may work to accomplish this? I looked at products by National Instruments and they have some PCI cards but they are not differential and most seem to be function generators rather than awg...
Thanks!

PCI Arbitrary Waveform Generator
works yes
cheep no
add an opamp stage if you need true dif mode
Interesting, note that since I need a fixed sinusoidal output frequency (in differential quadrature mode), I'm thinking of using the following design:
A MAX4454-based I/Q generator tests RF quadrature modulators - Maxim
Can you guys recommend me a fixed input (say 10 kHz) sinusoidal chip or circuit that can be used as the reference to this op-amp circuit? I'd like to get away from using a fixed external source, and would like everything to be low-cost as possible...
Thanks and best regards!
