U-slot microstrip Antenna with FEKO

what is the steps to design a U-slot micostrip antenna of 2GHz<fr<4GHz
infinite grounded dielectric substrate. and how to get:
(a) VSWR plot vs. frequency
(b) Boresight gain vs. frequency
(c) Normalized Eθ and Eφ radiation patterns vs. azimuth angle φ
(for elevation angle θ held constant) at the center frequency ?
which is obtained from the VSWR plot in part (a)

I think you need to look at Antenna Magus for this. Antenna Magus can design it for you and export a FEKO model.

I think you should look at FEKOs example and videos. what you want to do is not really hard. I will be able to help you if you try to build it and let me know where you got stuck. and Antenna magnus would make it easier but its another software u have to pay for.

Have you tried a first approximation using a wire antenna software? For example, I've used ANSOF with an infinite ground plane and it works Ok. There is a trial version.
