questions regarding designing of patch antenna using IE3d

i have design a patch antenna and after simulation its give resonant frequency of 6.51 with -30.12 return loss and the max E-current is 20A/m. can anybody tell me that is it a gud patch and if its not good then what and how can i improve it to make it perfect antenna and i want to know how to check the gain and axial ration in simulated antenna in ie3d.
for a perfect antenna what should be the best gain.
i have another query regarding IE3D.i want to ask that can i use two substrate in IE3D and if yes then how plz guide me.
