Input & Output Capacitance of FET Calculation

Dear All
I need to define the input and output capacitances of MOSFET's are used in the designed circuit by ADS in TSMC RF CMOS 0.18um. hOW can i define or calculate it?

i couldn't find my answer from your guidance. What i need to know is that how can i specify Cgs and Cgd of a FET with a specified W and L in ADS?

You want to get Cgs & Cgd from the gate development of a FET... That's not possible.

You can extract Cgs & Cgd from [S] pulsed measurement, but it's not so easy because these parameters are bidimensionnal.
