simple question about Hspice

I want to use rf model for hspice but it does't work
I use rf model
use this structure
.lib rf018.l TT_RFMOS33

why doesn't work?

y dont u try to use Pspice or multisim software..mayb can help u?

I want to use Hspice and don't have other software
I don't realize my mistake I use it like that other liberary

I changed 'version' part of Hspice but it was't worked
