rectangular patch antenna in eagle

i need to do a rectangular patch antenna in eagle i have all the measures but i dont know how to start it because i need to send it to a board house
sorry if i am not sure if my thread goes here.

I guess either this forum or the PCB one would be fine. Is it a ready made chip antenna that you need to create a footprint for or one you have designed which simply uses PCB material?
