replace for BFR90A (case:TO 50)

I think, there's no same package equivalent. Apparently, a large buyout at distributors happened during the last 6 or 12 month. I still see it in last years cataloges, but now it's gone. If you need the part for an existing product, you're probably too late, or have to pay extra S at antique devices retail. Otherweise use respective SOT23 SMD types as BFR92/93.
