help with elliptical beam shape horn

hi ,
i need to design elliptical beam shape wide band horn with circular polarization and i have a problem to get good axial ratio over the band since the elliptical horn cause different phase berween horizontal and vertical polarization
and if i use polarizer i have a problem to get 90 deg between horizontal and vertical (in the farfield) polarization over the band (44%)
