RFID tag antenna printing on paper substrate
While not exactly the answer to your question, you may find this link of interest. (if only for an interesting read ;)
And this one:

They probably know a thing or two about the properties of paper...
Thanks mrflibble, but i am looking for someone who is printing on paper substrate.
Duly noted, shutting up now. ;)
Hi,
Yes, I have tested, I have used a silver ink or special ink - mix of aluminiun + cooper.
The resuts are not bad, the performance of the antenna strond depent on the permitivity of a paper.
Please check the book RFID-enabled Sensor Design ISBN-10: 1-60783-981-4 , page 153-160 where you can find interesting informations
thanks Libor124, its quite informative.
