Meander Inductor better?

Hi all,

Could anyone please advice which inductor is better and why?

1. Meander Line
2. High impedance (straight line)

I know that Meander is not better than spiral ones.

Usually meander inductors have low inductance per unit area and large AC resistance because the length of the trace is large, causing large DC resistance, so lower Q-factor.
Meander inductance not give much better inductance per unit area than straight line, but gives lower quality factor.
