Part A, L1 , C4 and the MOS?s Output capacitance they work together and is tuning at 13.56MHz.
Part B, L2 and C3 is tuning at 13.56MHz for attenuating the 3rd harmonic frequency.
Part C, C5 and L4 match the output impedance to 50ohm.
We assume the Zout is 10+10j, so we can shunt a capacitance C5= 467.9pF and series a inductance L4 = 118.7nH for matching the output impedance to 50ohm see the next picture.
According to the picture, we know there is only one group L and C can match the Zout to 50ohm, but now we don?t know the Zout, so we do this test.
The first we use a resistance R = 49.9ohm replace R2, and we can chose any a inductance L replace L4, then we use a variable capacitance replace C5.
The second we use an oscilloscope to measure the voltage Vpp on the R2.
The last we change the capacitance C5, and we also can get a biggest voltage Vpp.
Can we say that is OK? The circuit isn?t matching well, Because there is only one group L and C can match to 50ohm, and we must obtain the Zout, then we can choose L and C, so what can we do?
I ask the Aglient?s engineers , they tell me only use the PNA-X network analyzer, can measure the Zout , but I just have a vector network analyzer, an oscillpscope and a spectrum analyzer, what should I do ?
