Does source impedance depend on solution frequency used?

Is their a relationship between source impedance and frequency?

I seem to be getting good S11 (<-10dB) with resistance/reactance of 73 ohm/-21j for a dipole regardless of the frequency used. I am using frequency from 900 Mhz to 4 GHz.
