how to design siw in hfss

What is SIW? what are the goals

i am learning siw structure and specially siw antenna.i want design a siw slot array antenna in hfss but dont know how to draw vias?can u help me?

for design via u should design cylinder in substrate and subtract it then design another cylinder in it an u can design all hole by copy and move
