Hi, I am looking for a IC or circuit to AM 150MHz Carrier(<5dBm),AF is 350~2500Hz 400mv .M=0.9 Distortion<1.2%.
The output AM signal Distortion<2%
who can help me,Thanks.

AM radio circuits can be found in older electronics books.....RADIO projects for evil genius,mcgrawhill 1000 circuits encyclopedia...etc

your parameters for your AM transmitter are pretty tight. Those would be reasonably serious hi spec commercial requirements. Everything up in those freqs (100MHz and up) should be FM only anyway. I wonder what you are planning ?
