ads circuit s parameters examples

I am confused on lumped-element parameters extraction in a circuit model, which is constructed by myself, from coupled line 4-port S parameters which have been obtained by layout simulation in ADS momentum. Can you show me a manual or detailed example on this topic? Thanks a lot.
