SP2T Switch using PIN diode in ADS or MWO

I have to design a SP2T switch using PIN diode in ADS or MWO.
Please help with the schematic.

frequency and how many db isolation

Freq range -0.5 -18.0 GHz
Isolation 45 dB
Switching speed 10 nS
insertion Loss - 1.5 dB

Good to see that you are once again looking AWR MWO...Was your Wilkinson Power Divider design went well!

I simulated couple of PIN Diode Switch circuits & found good results using AWR MWO ...
By the way which vedor PIN device your using is it M/A-COM or Microsemi? & is it Series or Shunt SP2T...?
If you have spice model for the PIN diode you can construct the Switch circuit within 2 minutes in AWR MWO ....
Also do you have the schematic diagram of the Switch ?

Yes,Power divider went quite well.Thanks for your help.

I am planning to use MACOM PIN diode switches in series-shunt combination(involving quarter wave transmission lines)
Please guide me regarding the usage of Spice models.
I am not having the Schematic but will post it tomorrow.
Can you share an example?

Not easily done with that bandwidth. you will need a sp2t series shunt switch chip at the junction, and then additional shunt pins spaced at roughly quarter wave in the two arms.

Can anyone indicate or share a model in ADS which can be switched on and off during simulation.i.e it has DC biasing as well
