Hi All,
Anyone can help me to recognize LNA stage 1 to 3. I try to repair the CalAmp Extended C-Band PLL LNB. The problem is the the receiver received -45dBm and the BER 0.2. So I suspect the first stage LNA through stage 3 LNA. I've replaced the Bias IC ZNBG400 but no improvement on the reading.
Anyone can suggest the suitable components suitable to replace?
The pictures shows the 1st and 2nd stage LNA (I guess).
LNA stage 1 codes C. LNA stage 2 and 3 marked A9 (SOT343)
Thank you in advance.

Some available pHEMT transistors for replacement:
High Frequency Devices - Product Information - Semiconductors & Devices - MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC
GaAs FETs
Much cheaper option is to buy another LNB. Their prices become ridiculous low. I've seen LNBs with 0.2dB NF with S10.
Thanks vfon.
I've tried to replace the A9 with ATF54143 but it become worse. Not receive at all.
Btw, can you give me the links where to buy the refurbish c band pll LNB?
Thanks for your help
You can replace with ATF54143, and you must design the input match circuit for ATF54143, otherwise that's vain.
I guess, that C=NE3512S02 and A9=MGF4931AM (A), Jan 2009 (9)
To vfone. C-Band PLL LNB with S10 Where is it!?
