BALUN design steps in ASITIC

hi all,
i want to design balun in ASITIC for RFIC
i m getting balun structure i.e. primary & secondary turns
i dont know how to center tap the secondary winding

how to do the analysis whether 2 port or 3 port

how to find the coupling coefficients between pri & sec

What equivalent balun model to use in cadence for Schematic simulation?

what i thought is to find individually primary & secondary winding inductor model & then coupling coeff & coupling capacitances...........

which is very easy to find in asitic as such............

Does any one have a new idea?? plz post it..................
