design procedure for pifa antenna

The design procedure depends on what you want: single band, dual/multi band, bandwidth enhancement with additional resonators, etc. Single band is easiest, multiple resonators per band is time consuming and complex (from experience).

Best is first do some research yourself and after that come back with specific questions.
