MWO patch pair runtime error?

Hi everyone,
I'm getting an error which is "runtime error, Error, Number of patch pair not equal to tree basis! 12480!=12481" while simulating EM structure of power amplifier in MWO. How can i solve this problem?
Could you help me please?

I have fixed my problem.
I had many internal ports on EM(i was using internal ports for connecting lumped elements on PCB). After using edge ports instead of internal ports, my problem was solved.
