Help for modeling BCR400W in ADS and design hybrid LNA

Dear colleagues,

I wanna design an hybrid LNA in 24 GHz using BCR400W (active bisa controller) for stabilizing bias current of FET transistors.

would yiou help me about designins this LNA in hybrid technology using BCR400W.

1) take the model i have attached
2) using the netlist converter in ADS to convert it to ADS schematic
3) make a subcircuit for it
4) use it with ur LNA device
