effect of dielectic dimensions on antenna performance

I am guessing your question is for Microstrip patch antenna, dielectric value dictates the length and width of the patch because of the effective wavelength in the dielectric. as well it also dictates how efficient the antenna will be based on its loss tangent. dielectric size does also influence the bandwidth
