the one bit pulse response of a s2p file

I use a nport in spectre to simulata a s2p file, i did the ac simulation,and the result was identical to the s2p file itself, but when i use a one bit pulse as the voltage source, the output was of big difference than the result computed by matlab, what are the probable causes of this problem?
