Read Guillermo Gonzalez's book on microwave amplifiers to grasp the theory. Below i give you 2 links about ADS. The first tells you how to pass into ads the s parameters you will find on the datasheet. It is good practice to compare the non linear model's s parameters with them as the datasheet is usually more reliable regarding them. The second tells you about how to plot some certain circles on the Smith Chart that will help you determine the reflection coefficients that will give you the desired performance.
