Can a 10mA current pass through a 0.4mm width microstrip quarter wavelength tline?

Hello,
I am starting another thread to ask this: I have a bias matching network using radial stubs and my question is if a current of 10mA can pass through a tline with a width of 0.4mm.. Please answer me and tell me if there are any references related to this question.
Thank you
George

Yes that?s OK?
Track width and copper thickness impose the resistance of the trace, and the heat generated for a given temperature rise determines the amount of current it can safely carry. The different PCB materials and other factors such as board thickness, number of layers, and total copper content by weight are very Important, so different board configurations can have significantly different trace temperature rises at the same current. For more details read here:

There?s a program to use ??pcbtemp.exe?? and those calculators are based on a specific heat rise. If you can tolerate a higher temp rise you can decrease the width.

I saw my colleagues use 8mil/0.5oz trace for 100mA current. That's OK.
