question concerning antenna polarization ?

if we assume that I have perfect cross polarization which mean the power from Tx horizontally polarized antenna is transferred completely to Rx vertically polarized antenna? can we really have this case? or it is only an ideal case? as it gives me the best performance when compared to other imperfect cross polarization cases
because What I know is the that V-polarized antenna at Rx will not receive any power from H- polarized antenna?right

All antennas are designed to transmit/receive a desired polarization while the cross (or ortho) polarization is rejected. Depending upon design, the rejection can be >30 dB with a good antenna, so two pairs of antennas, each with "its own" polarization, can use one frequency for two independent "channels" with >30 dB separation.
So you should not expect "no power" to be received by the "other polarization" antenna, but a finite degree of rejection. Same principles for circular polarization.
