A new transistor model for Advanced Design System ( ADS )

Hello everyone

I am trying to finish my university project. I like and try to do it independently but now I just face a problem at start and I dont know what to do. and I will be grateful if anyone help. I have two questions.
I should work with BLF6G21-10G and in university I can access ADS 2011.

I downloaded the model but the Model needed some requirement as following:
Model requires the RF LDMOS DesignKit library to be present (not included in the model distribution). To download it, visit:

Refer to the table to select the appropriate file.
Please install the RFLDMOS DesignKit library before installing the model.

When I check RFLDMOS DesignKit in the mentioned website it is only supported by ADS 2008 and aslo (ADS 2009_Update1).

is it still possible to use it in ADS 2011? I tried but I couldn't find how.

Then I used ADS 2009 and I managed to add them ADS successfully but when I wanted to use DC analyse it gave an error:
" Simulation / Synthesis Messages

Error detected by hpeesofsim in dynamic device loading during netlist parsing.
An incompatible DLL from "Visual Studio .NET 2008" has been loaded
into the simulator. This is generally caused by loading a
user-compiled model that was compiled using that compiler
(possibly for the "RFLDMOS010" model).
Because this can cause incorrect simulation results, the simulation
is being terminated.

What is the problem ? and what should I do next?

I prefer to use ADS 2011 but if not then I need to work with ADS 2009.

Any idea?!

The design kits which are compatible with ADS2009U1 and prior won't work with 2011 and later because of database differences.
If it doesn't work, install 2009U1 and go with it..

I didnt find the compatible model I emailed them but they didn't respond.

So I moved to ADS 2009
