Modelling a component in ADS

Hi,

If a model of a component is not available, how to make your own in Advance design system .. kindly direct me to a user manual that tells how to model a component whose model is not available,
I have asked the vendor, they say they don't design models for now!
Plz help!

I measure the s parameters of the component then save it as an .s2p file. Then I place a .s2p component in the ADS and simulate with it. Otherwise I believe you can specify a component that is an equation.

And exactly how can you place .s2p file and link it to the component... kindly tell the procedure of linking .s2p file to the component.
