I tried to simulate freescale 's high power model, but meet a promble at beginning.
First i use ads 2009u1.
I installed RF High Power Model Kit 2011 Rev 0 (for ADS2009U1 and ADS 2011) and MW6S010N KIT,
then simulate fet curve trace like this
but there is an error
Simulation / Synthesis Messages
Error detected by hpeesofsim in dynamic device loading during netlist flattening.
An incompatible DLL from "Visual Studio .NET 2008" has been loaded
into the simulator. This is generally caused by loading a
user-compiled model that was compiled using that compiler
(possibly for the "FSLRFPK_METMOS_v1" model).
Because this can cause incorrect simulation results, the simulation
is being terminated.
then i do the same step by ads 2011
there is a result ,but the result is incorrect, Ids is too large ,dont like Tutorials's result.
that really confuse me.
so anyone can help me ,please.
This was using the latest RF_POWER_ADS2011_DK.zip & MW6S010N_MDL_ADS.zip downloaded from the Freescale website.

I would check your version of the RF Power Model Kit and not use any Rev 0. The latest is:
RF Power Design Kit for ADS 2009 and ADS 2011
version: 1.0
I check RF Power Design Kit vision is 1p5,that should be Ok
Using the same Curve Tracer schematic configuration I see no issues running this on Vista or Windows 7 machine in both ADS 2009 or ADS 2011. Both give the same results:
