Hi, do you have infos about RF circuits that can be used to clip a signal containing up to 1.5 GHz? I need to cut both positive and negative edges of the signal. Thank you,

well antiparallel fast schottky diodes would probably do it. Just do not expect and actual square wave, more like a stunted sine wave.
How much can the threshold voltage be?
Around -0.4 to + 0.4 peak to peak.
A bit more expensive approach is to use a Schottky diode, a coupler, and PIN diodes to limit the signal.
