hımm. i studied on ads 2009. so as i know you can't see it. For ADS file you must have .s2p file and fet-bjt or phemt .prj(.ael..etc). i couldn't do on ads 2011 and turned it to ads2009. But when you write ads 2011 on youtube it will show you. First you can do DC simulation to get exactvoltage and current values on catalogue.

Hi. thanks you for your advice. I've just found some LNA design guide by using Transistor SPF 3043 and FET Transistor NE76184 GaAs but in ADS 2011 lib i can't find them. Can u show me how to get them to place on my circuit? Tks

Why don't you start with the examples that are included with ADS?

Open the ADS help and go to Applications > Examples > Microwave Circuit Examples > 2GHz BJT Low Noise Amplifier
