Metamaterial substrate fabrication

Hi friends,

I want to fabricate a meta-material substrate for my project. I'm working for first time in microwave engineering. So please tell me how to fabricate substrates ?

But it can be quite easily simulated.

Yes I am learning to simulate it. Im interested to know how substrates are fabricated in real time.
