Maxwell capacitance matrix interpretation

Hi,
I am trying to extract parasitic capacitance of differential microstrip line towards ground plane in FastCap software. Fastcap gives answer in Maxwell capacitance matrix format. I am unable to understand maxwell capaitance matrix elements. What does C11, C22 mean? In the following link there C11 is shown to be capacitance towards ground. As i have defined my 3rd conductor as Ground plane so does it mean that i have to combine C13 and C11 to get overall capacitance towards ground plane?
