RF components pins, lead or lead-free?

Hello, I have many components bought new (not previously used), but I have no idea if they are RoHS. Is there any way I can find out if their pins are covered with lead or lead-free solder?
I have seen a marker somewhere that can detect lead in wall paint, but can it be used for this purpose?
Some of these (silver mica capacitors) have pins that look like rusty (grey finish). I think this is a disease of the Sn on them, but is this an indication that they are lead-free or not?

I dont know of any non-ROHS common parts today. But I see silver mica parts are an exception.
Only your datasheet and part number will know for sure.
e.g.
CD42FD273FO3 non ROHS
CD42FD273FO3F ROHS
grey is a tin oxide color as well.
