Want to transmit GPS data using radio transmitter?

i am looking for a design solution in which i receive a GPS data and want to transmit
it using radio transmitter.

A possible solution:
There are many GPS modules communicating with UART.
There are many Bluetooth-to-UART modules.

Connect both any our are finished.

Satellites-> GPS Tracker(Tx/Rx)-> radio receiver-> radio transmit-> Network(World wide web etc)

The tracker is able to determine the precise location by receiving position signals from GPS satellites with its GPS receiver. The tracker then uses radio transmitter to transmit its position to a network. The network can be either ground or satellite-based.

I am looking for a hardware module which has a GPS tracker and radio receiver on a same board.

thats′s exactely what the GPS trackers do, you can buy on ebay for example..

what's your definition of precise ?
Publically available precision is around 10 - 15 metres where only one receiver is used
