VCO phase noise error !

Hi guys,

I made a cross coupled vco and I do phase noise simulation with Vcontrol of the Varactor.

Can anyone tell me why it acts like this for some VC ?!?!? It is so strange response.

In fact the Noise Floor is weird and there isn't any Flicker Noise corner or 1/fx corners.It drops directly
If you post your simulation setup, we can interpret it better.

Show us noise contribution list at offset_frequency=10MHz and 100MHz
