error bfu910 ads 2014

I have a problem when I use the mextram model of the BFU910F in ADS 2014 :

"BFU 910fm_lib_BFU910F_only-V2-schematic.BFU910F.die' : 'bjt504't is an undefined primitive device".

Have you some answer for me ?

Is ADS2014 supporting Mextram 504T model ?If yes, have you carefully installed PDK of NXP ?

Thank you, I don't know if the Mextram 504T is OK on ADS2014, and I don't find the PDK of NXP, I only use the design kit ads nxp. CAn you have any answer for me ? I have the same problem with the Bfu760 where 'xqb' and 'kc' is not a valid parameter for bjt504t

NXP's propriety "SimKit" which is included into ADS may not be compatible with existing Design Kit, because problem looks like a compatibility problem.
