Hallo,
when doing "solve ports only" i get different results for the Z0 of mode1
wether the port is defined as a 1-mode port or a 5-mode port.
Actually the impedance of mode 1 is about 50 ohm, the 5-mode-port has 10 ohm as a result.
any ideas

Hello,
in detail, i get a 50 ohm Zpi impedance over the frequency range 0.1 to 30 ghz, if
the port solves for only one mode.
Doing the same calculation for 2 modes at the port, mode 1 impedanc changes to 20 ohm in the frequency band 25 to 30 ghz.
What has happend ?

The solver aks for a solution frequency, although i am doing a frequency sweep.
Is it the frequency for which the mesh adaption is done ?

Thanks
