Hallo,
is there an easy way to calculate the capacitance per unit length for an microstrip line (MSL), for which HFSS calculation results are available.
If we neglect the longitudinal componets, we get
C = integral ( real(epsilon) |E-transversal(x,y)| dxdy )
I dont want to extract the E values from HFSS an do this calculation
by myself. Can I do it with HFSS ?
