Question: is the capacitance of CPW computed using quasistatic equations PER UNIT LENGTH? i.e. per 1 meter?
/final equation for the capacitance is Cr = 2*EPS0 * (epsr+1)*K / (2*Ki); where K and Ki are elliptic integrals enumerations.../

The unit for EPS0 is capacitance over length, so that formula gives you a capacitance per unit length.
EPS0=8.854e-14 F/cm or 8.854e-12 F/m - which is the same.
