meander inductor

Hi all, I am using HFSS 10 to simulate a meander microstrip line inductantor with patterned magnetic material on it, each patterned materal is a 0.5μm×0.01μm×10μm rectangular box, so there are tens of thousands of tiny boxes on the microstrip line. Is there any way I can decrease the simulation time and memory in HFSS when simulating such kind of structure? Thanks!
