N-well and P-sub in HFSS (for spiral inductor)

Hi,

Some papers suggested using N-well under spiral as PGS. However, setting up this HFSS seems not easy.

There will be PN junction between N-well and P-substrate, while setting this up in any FEM EM solver seems impossible. Any suggestion for doing modeling with this?

Please suggest some references if possible.
