HFSS error, please anyone help me!!

[error] Adaptive solution setup, process abc3d : Failed to solve the problem due to lack of precision. The likely cause is that the frequency is too low.

The error will be gone at higher frequencies such as 10 GHz, but frequency band of my interest is 10 MHz
