hfss saving mesh

I hope I can get some advice on this.

Is their anyway, I can generate a user defined mesh using HFSS and then save the mesh data in some kind of text or spreadsheet file?

If yes, what are the steps to do so?

they are already in the text format.
current.pnt is a node file.
current.fac is a face file
current.hyd is a tetrahedron
