I am trying to make some optical resonators using COMSOL RF Module.
In some projects I've seen Neutral Boundary Condition applied, I would like to know its physical interpretation, how does a Neutral BC behave?
In the userguide, it is stated that "it should be used at boundaries where
periodic boundary conditions are applied to obtain a Neumann boundary condition
for both dependent variables, Ez and Hz"
