need sftware to show fontom head in 3D (matlab matrix) SAR

i need to show (visualise) the fontom head model (i use it to SAR simulation) i use MATLAB to simulate and i define the fontom withe a 3D matrix(x,y,z) and i cant to show it in matlab (in matlab we juste can show (x,y,f(x,y)) in 3D) can you give me name of free software can visualise this matrix in 3D
