Define the substrate file for balun design in ADS momentum

Helllo everyone,
I am designing a balun in ADS momentum.After the layout is designed,the substrate file is required for S-parameter simulation.
However,my fab can't provide me the substrate file for any reason.It shoule be defined by myself.
Unfortunately,I am not familiar with the substrate file.
So I'm calling for help showing me the format of substrate file.

You ask your fab for the available substrates then put these values in momentum-->substrate-->create/modify.
you should know the substrate layers stack and dielectric information.
