multiport network model: looking for

hello,

as a design engineer I am particularly interested in analytical & semi-analytical models of microstrip circuits and antennas for synthesis purposes. with respect to thiis, I am looking for some programming examples of the muliport network model applied to microstrip antennas. they seem to be hard to find with google, altavista... preferred programming languages are matlab, & C/Cpp. I am looking for examples because I am a bit foggy about the implemetation of the mathematical stuff into actual programming.
