HFSS & Via Wizard Help and suggestions (Please)

I just got Via Wizard for HFSS, and I'm trying to add a 3D Connector
model to the Via Project I generated with Via wizard.

Right now the first problem is after I generated the 4 Vias (2 Diff Pairs) and
Grnd Vias The HFSS project has a defined Box and 2 wave ports.

Now I was trying to Move one of the Wave ports so I can connect the Connector
to the Via. I would like to move port 1 to the input of this connector.
But I can not move the Wave Port, or resize the Box.


Ultimately I would like to optimize the Via's, trace Coupling, a trace widths
in HFSS (Signal Integrity). So if anyone has any information or can point men
in the right direction it would be Greatly appreciated !

P.S. I did search this site for help, Tutorials, ebook ect... But I have not seen
anything answers these question .
